Hello there, little humans! Smolhümz (smol humans) is where we celebrate the little things in life. Our handcrafted trinkets and stickers are made to make people smile and add an extra spark to your space.We can craft a small version of you or your loved ones as a keychain or a pin for you to carry wherever you go. Our illustrations are drawn either traditionally or digitally by hand.Each item is lovingly created with attention to detail, so each piece is unique and made just for you. More details about our commission
Mode of Payment: We accept payments through GCash or PayMaya. Once we've discussed the details of your commission, we'll provide you with a GCash or PayMaya number/QR code for payment. We require a 50% downpayment or full payment to begin work on your commission. The remaining balance should be settled after approving the initial draft, before I start sculpting.Materials: We use polymer clay for small designs and air-dry clay for touch ups or bigger projects.Turn around time: Minimum 1-2 weeks. It depends on the details of your commission and the number of clients I'm currently working with.Courier: We send out orders via J&T. Shipping fee starts at 100 pesos.

1-1.5 inches- ₱100(Anything over 2 inches will be considered an additional figure and will be charged accordingly.)Digital copy: If you wish to get the digital copy of the sketch draft, an additional fee will be added on top of your order. Final illustration will be fully rendered at 300 dpi and will be forwarded to your email. The amount will be computed based on the complexity of your requested illustration.

By accessing and purchasing products from our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
PRODUCT
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice. Prices are subject to change without notice.Each item is handcrafted; please follow the care guide to ensure its longevity.
TURNAROUND TIME
Allow us to work on your commission with a minimum of 1-2 weeks. We do not work on weekends and holidays. The TAT depends on the complexity of your commission and the number of clients i'm currently working with at the time of your purchase. We will keep you updated in case there is a change on the completion date.
SHIPPING
Once the item is done, we will pack it securely with bubble wrap and a kraft envelope or card board box. We are not liable for any delays or damages caused by couriers. The usual delivery time is around 1-3 days. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
PAYMENT
Orders can be placed through our social media or email. Payment must be made in full or 50% down payment at the time of purchase.The balance should be settled before we send out your orders. We accept payments via gcash, paymaya, and bank transfer. We will send the payment details once we agreed with the details of the commission.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We will only accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of purchase if the cause of damage is on our end. Make sure to provide a video or picture as a proof.Rest assured that each item will be packed securely. A picture of the finished product will be forwarded to the client before we send it out. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Damages and missing items caused by the couriers will not be refunded or exchanged
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Smolhümz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website and products after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
